About 4 days ago I received  an email from  two young designers,Pinar Demirdag & Viola Renate .They are from Holland who are feed up with Wilders' politics and wanted to do something to express their opinion, so they made this video they edited it to make it  featuring Wilders explain his new  ideology as it is evolved into a simple, universal message which is hard to disagree.  


AS YOU MIGHT REMEMBER i wrote a message to geert wilders , Dutch politician, who has problem with Islamic tradition, culture, ideology. THIS GUY has understood Islam all wrong and from a hatred point of view. But as Muslims we believe that a person is born good for that i believe that there is  must a good natured person inside him ,he just misunderstood Islam and all those anti-ISLAMIC politics came from pure ignorance and absentmindedness . May  GOD Guide him to the right path.


 On the other hand, Holland nation are very friendly and compassionate people. About 75% of them Oppose the  anti-Muslim and anti-Islam film titled fitna which was made by wilders.


Islam in the Holland started in the early 17th century when the Dutch Republic signed a treaty of free commerce with Morocco. Since then Islam is spreading  and according to data from 2006  Netherlands hosts an estimated 850,000 Muslims but still they have low voter turnout and participation in politics.

As for the video made by  Pinar Demirdag & Viola Renate is really nice seeing people care about their country image and spend time and effort to improve its image but i would rather prefer a video showing real Dutch people, the common person,how do they feel about wilders views and and what do they think of Muslims .However this video is a statement from Pinar & Viola that they couldn't stay passive anymore. SO WHAT IS YOUR IMPRESSION?! DO NOT JUST BE PASSIVE...

 Ipod and iphone are smart devices that have the ability to store and maintain large amounts of informations for example your personal informations so  when someone loose their iPhone her or his lose is  exceed the loss of the phone itself, especially if the thief has a far devious intentions as he will get access to a very private and important data stored such as:
- Bank accounts
- E-mail addresses and passwords
- Phone numbers
- Personal photos and video files



But do you worry there are simple but essential steps to be taken before all is lost or stolen or even recover if it was stolen.

Here are the steps

1 - The most important steps is the password to the main screen.

GO to Settings /General /Passcode Lock 

choose 4 numbered password  make it hards and unpredictable.

2- Install one or more of the software that can detect and track your device. It will be mentioned later on in the article.


3 - Type in the serial number  (IMEI Number) of the device and save it in a safe place. (IMEI Number) consists of 15 numbers.

4- NEVER let you iphone get stolen .Do not leave the device  exposed  to  thieves and wicked people as  leaving it in the car or public places.

5- Call your bank and inform them that you've you lost your iphone  with your bank number and passwords.

6-Inform the police about the incidence as they will look for it or it might be found by one person and hand him over to the police.

I'm going for the final exam of the Saudi board of internal medicine that  will be held in 5/11/2009 , thats awful and Im totally  freaking out  .during the last 4 years of misery  I spend in the board I read  every MCQS book out there ,I read Harrison's textbook and Cecel textbook but still it feel that I'm no where near ready for this exam.

I feel like  nothing out there can prepare you as our examiners try to be very creative during putting there quetions , I really beleive that :) despite what our RTP ( residency training director) is telling us .   Though 75% of exam questions apply to traditional internal medicine and internal medicine subspecialties, a number of questions on the exam don't directly pertain to internal medicine. Our examiner  thinks that internists need to master broad medical knowledge, so you can expect about one-fourth of the questions to cover fields like  biostatistics allergy/immunology, dermatology, ophthalmology  evedence based medicine and psychiatry . You can also expect to see at least a few questions on ethics.

When I'm nervous about something I search it out. I read some of previous years exam and I  noticed that they focus more  on  on cardiology, gastroenterology nephrology and pulmonology.


Three-quarters of exam questions are based on scenarios that take place in offices or emergency rooms. Many require to look at information from several sources and reach a conclusion using your clinical judgment. Most of them ask you to pick the right diagnostic test, choose the right therapy or identify risk factors.

When you're reading through a scenario, remember that the question may not always be about diagnosis just answer the quetion and do not over think it.

X-rays or photos of rashes and lesions ,EKGs are common  on the exam, so be prepared to diagnose problems based on visual as well as written information. The best way to target this kind of question is to pay attention to how the lesion looks (color, size, clusters, etc.) and where it is located on the body.


also I've been asking few of those who passed This exam and they all recommended looking at the College's Medical Knowledge Self-Assessment Program (MKSAP), which has "the best source of questions written in a similar  style as those on the exam." as said by our residency director.


Some MCQs strategies:

After reading through a question, try to come up with the answer on your own before reviewing the choices. For long clinical senarios, glance at the last line of the scenario and the question first so you know whether to look for a diagnosis, course of treatment or appropriate testing procedure. On the test, you're not going to have every piece of information that you would want. "Just go with what's given.

 Stay alert for  "magic words" those words that specific for certain conditions .Phrases (tearing pain, for instance) that can clue you in to key epidemiologic or physical exam data. Ethnicity, age, geography, gender and occupation can all be magic words. For example men over 50 have a higher incidence of temporal arteritis.

 your first choice is usually the best one, so if you go back to look over your answers, change something only if you are sure you made a mistake or misread the question.

Studies of people who see themselves as "poor test-takers" show that they often don't understand the question being asked. As you read, circle the negative words (least likely, the following are true except) to highlight key phrases. This reduces your chances of becoming confused by the wording.


My RTP keep on saying that The writers of the exam are not trying to trick you, yeh right! :) . "If the answer seems obvious, it probably is right" he says . The object is to get residents to think systematically, to logically use the information to come up with a diagnosis, a plan, and what you're really going to do with a patient. I'm not sure about that but I just to think positively :S.

Love, do you really know it well? .How do you know that you are in love?!....are you sure how does it feel like?...May be you just try to apply and feel what you heard from others. Those People who always wonder if they found the one to love ,and end up with feeling confused and missing out the whole expierience.

It is really not that of a big mystery ... I think!! .Love bring out the best of you to the service ,you become better you .So of you are in love and you feel that you got productive energy to go on for ever then your in love but if you feel burned out and you became less of you or a worse version of you then your just sick and you need to get out for to get the cure, which may be hard because you might get addict to to that person ( the toxin) who trigger such a toxic feeling
